On 18 November 2025, in Oświęcim, Professor Bożena Popiołek, Director of the Center for the Study of Culture and Mentalities in Early Modern Poland, will present her latest monograph on the early modern domestic economy and material culture: Między kuchnią a spiżarnią. Magnackie regestry wydatków kuchennych w osiemnastowiecznej Rzeczypospolitej [Between the Kitchen and the Pantry: Magnate Kitchen Expense Registers in Eighteenth-Century Poland], published by the Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów (Warsaw, 2025).
